These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yieldly Chrome extension ("Service") provided by Sensa Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using Yieldly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Yieldly for lawful personal or business purposes only. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@yieldlyai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may only use Yieldly on one device at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically end your session on other devices.
Yieldly is offered under Free, Starter, Pro, and Max plans. Features available to you depend on your active plan. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice. Your current plan will not be downgraded without notice.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your payment information.
Accidental purchase grace. Within 24 hours of the initial charge for a billing period, you may request a full refund provided that you have used less than 10% of the monthly token allowance included with your plan during that period. This applies once per plan-purchase, not to each renewal.
Low-usage refund window. After the 24-hour grace and within 3 calendar days of the start of the current billing period (initial purchase or renewal), you may request a full refund provided that, during that period, you have used either: (a) no more than 10 search or scanner actions, or (b) no more than 20% of the monthly token allowance included with your plan. If neither threshold is met, the payment is non-refundable in full for the remainder of the term, but a partial refund may be available — see below.
Partial refund (50%). Within the 3-day window, requests that exceed the usage thresholds above may qualify for a 50% partial refund at our discretion in cases of: (i) moderate-but-not-heavy usage, (ii) verified technical issues that materially affected the Service, or (iii) good-faith billing confusion (e.g., unintended renewal, double charge). Partial refunds require support review and are not automatic.
No refund. Refunds are not available where the account shows heavy usage of paid features (e.g., heavy AI usage, bulk exports, sustained consumption of the daily cap), or where we detect abuse or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account behavior, sharing of credentials, or use that exceeds fair-use limits.
Renewal forgotten. If you forgot to cancel a renewal, contact support promptly; partial or full refunds for forgotten renewals are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Yearly plans. Yearly plans are billed in advance for a 12-month term. The same 24-hour grace and 3-day / 10-search / 20%-usage rules apply to each new yearly term (initial purchase and each renewal). After the window closes the yearly payment is non-refundable; no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused months. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Monthly plans. Monthly plans follow the same rules measured from each monthly charge. Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal; access continues until the end of the paid month.
EU/UK Right of Withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By checking the waiver box at checkout, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding UK regulations. The refund rules above apply in lieu of that withdrawal right.
How to request a refund. Email support@yieldlyai.com from the email address on your account, or submit a refund request from the Support tab inside the app. Eligibility is determined by our records of the current billing-period start date, token-bucket consumption, and billable action count; if your request meets the criteria above, full refunds are processed within 5 business days. Partial refunds may take longer pending review.
Tax, fees, and chargebacks. Refunds exclude payment-processor fees and any applicable taxes that have already been remitted to a tax authority. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay or forfeit your refund.
Tokens. Tokens (in any token bucket, including monthly-plan, signup-bonus, trial, referral, top-up, promotional, and support-compensation buckets) are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access certain features of the Service. Tokens are not money, currency, or any other form of legal tender, are not your property, and have no monetary or cash value. Tokens may not be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash, credit, or any other consideration under any circumstances, including upon expiration, forfeiture, account suspension, account termination, or discontinuation of the Service.
Token bucket expiry. Each token bucket has a fixed expiry. Signup bonus tokens expire 7 days after signup. Trial tokens expire at the end of the trial window. Referral-signup-bonus tokens expire after 14 days; referral-reward tokens expire after 30 days. Purchased top-up tokens expire after 60 days unless otherwise stated. Monthly-plan tokens reset at each billing period and do not roll over. Tokens consumed first follow a fixed priority (expiring bonuses first, then trial, then referral rewards, then monthly plan, then top-up). The daily cap applies to every bucket except referral-reward tokens.
Free plan. The Free plan is permanent and limited; it does not include a trial of paid features beyond the introductory window granted at signup.
Starter. No trial.
Pro. New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial with a capped allowance of trial tokens (currently 15 trial credits, drawn at up to 10 per day). Trial tokens expire immediately at the end of the trial window and do not convert into paid tokens.
Max. Available by invitation or demo only; no self-serve trial.
Trial-token amounts and durations are listed in the app and may be tuned by us at any time. Trials are one per account; abuse of trials (multi-accounting, credential sharing, automated signups) may result in forfeiture.

All investment decisions are your own. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on data or calculations provided by Yieldly.

We are not responsible for changes to those websites that may affect the functionality of Yieldly. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms of service.
We strive to keep Yieldly available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that calculated metrics will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensa Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sensa Inc. is organized under the laws of the State of California, United States. These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration seated in California, or, at our election, in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms here with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
