Refund policy — please review before submitting
Full refund when any of:
- Accidental purchase — within 24 hours of the charge AND under 10% of monthly tokens used.
- Low usage — within 3 days of purchase or renewal AND either no more than 10 searches/scans OR under 20% of monthly tokens used.
Partial refund (50%) on manual review for: moderate usage, verified technical issues, or billing confusion (within the 3-day window).
No refund after 3 days, or for heavy usage / abuse / bulk exports.
Cancelling stops auto-renewal but does not refund the current period. Full terms:
